1. Processing Time

• Ready to Ship Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Made to order products are shippped in 15-20 business days after payment confirmation.

• During festivals, sales, or new collection launches, processing may take a little longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days

• Rest of India: 4–7 business days

• International Orders: 7-15 days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Within India: Flat ₹80 per order.

• International Orders: Starting from ₹1500 (exact charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp update with the tracking number.

• You can track your order through our courier partner’s website or directly from your account.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Couriers usually make 2 delivery attempts. If the order is not received, it will be returned to us.

• Re-shipping charges will apply if you want the package to be sent again.

6. Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.

• We are not liable for delays or lost orders due to incorrect/incomplete information.

7. Delays & Exceptions

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or other factors beyond our control.
